Beautiful gardens overlooking the canal. Breakfast options were decent, but the shower facilities needed maintenance. Great for relaxing and taking walking tours around the area.

We loved relaxing in the hotel's rose garden, sipping coffee while watching the gondolas glide by. The spacious suite allowed us to unwind comfortably after a busy day exploring Venice with our three small kids.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options available.

This hotel was just an appropriate option for a weekend jaunt in Venice with attractive and competitive value for money. The private garden by the canal was a lovely spot to relax away from the crowds. Bring bug spray if you plan to open windows at night.

Perfect for families looking for a great stay
The garden is a real gem , perfect for meals and drinks by the canal. The staff was super friendly and did everything to help us , especially Narciso who took care of all our needs.
It wasn’t exactly cheap , but well worth it.

A lovely terrace escape
Waking up to a breathtaking view of the Grand Canal from the private terrace was truly magical. The staff were exceptionally friendly, treating us like family during our stay. Meals in the garden were delightful.
While the room was exquisite, the bathroom was smaller than expected, making it a bit cumbersome. The price felt steep, even for the fantastic location.

missingWrote a review on May 28beautiful gardensbreathtaking panoramalimited electrics
Sipping drinks in beautiful gardens overlooking the Grand Canal adds a level of tranquility not often found in a bustling area. The spacious Junior Suite Canal View offers a breathtaking panorama, truly enhancing the experience.
Getting to the hotel can be tricky. Google Maps sends you the wrong way, so be warned not to head towards the Roman Forum. The room had outdated electrics, with only one functional plug socket, which I found rather inconvenient for charging devices. Also, natural light was lacking in the room, making it feel a bit gloomy. Breakfast, although decent, felt overpriced at €20, which is a personal preference, as I tend to seek more value for my meals. Overall, some may find the quirks charming, but I’d prefer a bit more modern comfort.
